Are you a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) ?
Robert F Hepburn BSc MRICS FISVA qualified as an RICS member in 1989 and we are a registered practice by the RICS. We are also Fellow members of the ISVA (Independent Surveyors & Valuers Association). We are fully insured in excess of the RICS minimum requirements. All pre-purchase surveys are carried out in accordance with or in excess of the recommendations of the RICS Home Survey Standard (Revised September 2021). We are subject to monitoring and our files, including the reports, may need to be provided to the RICS upon request.
